Run on a Friday afternoon from 3.15-4pm at Lichfield Leisure Centre. These sessions include an open section for general swimming, as well as designated slow and medium swimming lanes to cater for different abilities and preferences. Music will be turned off and lifeguards available to provide assistance.

ARE YOU CARING FOR SOMEONE WITH DEMENTIA?
We run a morning social for people with dementia and their carers.
It is fortnightly on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month in Barton Village Hall (easy parking!). The aim is to provide a little extra help for people and their carers who are living with dementia. There is no charge but donations are welcomed.
